Daniel Atherton
CEO, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Atherton has many years of experience developing natural gas projects in the Marcellus Shale, in addition to large-scale asset acquisitions and intrastate pipelines projects across the United States. He has developed many wind, solar, BESS, and hydrogen projects. In 2024, Mr. Atherton led his team in developing 3.5 GW of power projects at a leading IPP, covering over 230,000 acres of land in Texas. With over 18 years of experience in the energy industry, he leads Prime Power Inc.’s drive for reliability, sustainability, and efficient infrastructure buildout.
Pervez Siddique
CDO, Chief Development Officer
Mr. Siddique is the Chief Development Officer of Prime Power Inc. He brings a decade+ of expertise in renewable energy and infrastructure development with prior leadership roles at esVolta and EDF Renewables. He has driven multi-gigawatt battery storage, solar, gas, and wind energy development and deployment. He is focused on scaling Prime Power’s portfolio of data center power solutions and energy platforms. Mr. Siddique holds a Master’s degree (MBA) from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a specialization in energy finance and two engineering degrees from Texas A&M University.
