Daniel Atherton

Mr. Atherton has succeeded in developing natural gas units in the Marcelus Shale, site acquisition and constructing three intrastate pipelines, as well as site acquisition and developing wind, solar, BESS, and hydrogen projects. In 2024, Mr. Atherton lead his team in developing 3.5 GW of power projects, covering over 230,000 acres of land in Texas. He effectively and efficiently negotiated those contracts all on the same commercial terms, which was an enormous time and budget saver for the project. With over 18 years of experience in the energy industry, he is poised to lead Prime Power Incorporated.
Ken Hallengren
President
Mr. Hallengren’s vast knowledge and experience, in multiple facets of the renewable industry, makes him a huge asset for the company. Mr. Hallengren contributed to bringing 22 projects into commercial operation. Some of the other positions he has held in the energy industry include Developer, Site Acquisition Manager, Project Controls Manager, Anemometry Lead, Construction Liaison, and power performance validation of existing sites. With over 27 years in the energy industry, he is an expert in developing energy projects.
