Daniel Atherton
CEO, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Atherton has many years of experience developing natural gas projects in the Marcellus Shale, in addition to large-scale asset acquisitions and intrastate pipeline projects across the United States. He has developed many wind, solar, BESS, and hydrogen projects. In 2024, Mr. Atherton led his team in developing 3.5 GW of power projects at a leading IPP, covering over 230,000 acres of land in Texas. With over 18 years of experience in the energy industry, he leads Prime Power Inc.’s drive for reliability, sustainability, and efficient infrastructure buildout.
Pervez Siddique
CDO, Chief Development Officer
Mr. Siddique is the Chief Development Officer and co-founder of Prime Power Inc. He brings a decade+ of expertise in renewable energy and infrastructure development with prior leadership roles at esVolta and EDF Renewables. He has driven multi-gigawatt battery storage, solar, gas, and wind energy development and deployment. He is focused on scaling Prime Power’s portfolio of data center power solutions and energy platforms.
Mr. Siddique holds a Master’s degree (MBA) from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) with a specialization in energy finance and two engineering degrees from Texas A&M University.
Erik Norgren
Vice President, Development & Engineering
Mr. Norgren is a registered professional engineer (PE) and brings 15 years of expertise in both natural gas power and renewable development including BESS. Erik has developed both behind-the-meter and front-of-meter projects at DG and utility-scale. He is a subject matter expert in islanded generation solutions and natural gas power solutions including simple-cycle and combined heat and power. His works spans across DoD installations, NASA, private IPPs developments, and behind-the-meter C&I. Erik’s experience across different client and technology types ensures that Prime Power is able to offer customer-fit, reliable power solutions for our clients.
Alex Radomsky
Vice President, Development and Strategy
Alex Radomsky serves as VP of Development and Strategy at Prime Power Inc., bringing a blend of operational leadership, project execution, and strategic experience across energy and industrial infrastructure. He previously led operations for a venture-backed energy technology company, and his experience spans project development, supply chain, quality systems, and plant startups, with a focus on building repeatable processes in early-stage and first-of-a-kind environments.
Alex holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an MPP from the Harvard Kennedy School, with experience across business development, project finance, and strategy in energy and industrial sectors. Prior to his private sector career, he served as a U.S. Army Special Forces officer, leading teams in complex, high-stakes operating environments.
Thom Rainwater
Vice President, Development
Thom Rainwater is Vice President of Development at Prime Power, where he leads the origination and development of energy and digital infrastructure opportunities. With more than 20 years of experience across conventional and renewable power markets, he has helped advance complex infrastructure projects from concept through execution.
His experience includes the development of gigawatt-scale thermal power campuses, standalone battery energy storage projects, and power solutions supporting the growing needs of data centers and other energy-intensive industries. Thom’s expertise spans site selection, project development, stakeholder engagement, commercial structuring, and investment evaluation.
Prior to his development leadership roles, Thom worked in both power plant operations and renewable energy asset management, providing him with a practical understanding of the technical, operational, commercial, and financial drivers of successful infrastructure projects. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
Marjorie (Margie) Rochelle
Executive Assistant
Marjorie serves as Executive Assistant to the executive leadership team at Prime Power Inc., where she supports, manages, and coordinates executive tasks and meetings, while also overseeing social media accounts and accounts payable.
Prior to joining Prime Power, Marjorie served as a Senior Administrative Assistant at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics in Fort Worth, supporting Advanced Development Programs, also known as Skunk Works®.
Before transitioning into administrative and executive support, Marjorie spent 27 years in public safety, with experience in 9-1-1 communications, evidence management, and crime scene investigation.
With more than 35 years of professional experience, Marjorie has built her career around service, organization, and supporting others in achieving meaningful outcomes.
